These terms of service ("terms", "terms of service")
govern your use of our website, which is owned and administered by Social
Services and can be found at socialdocent.blogspot.com.
1. Our
privacy policy also governs your use of our service and explains how we
collect, guard and expose information that results from your use of our web
pages. Your agreement with us consists of these terms and our sequestration
policy. You admit that you have read and understood agreements and agree to be
bound of them. Still, if you don't agree with and may not use the service,

accoutrements and other information we may send. Still, you may conclude out of
entering any or all of these communications from us by following the

be governed by rules that are separate from these terms of service. However,
please review the applicable rules as well as our privacy policy, if you
participate in any promotion. However, promotion rules will apply, if the rules
for a promotion conflict with these terms of service.
4. Our

information, text, videos, graphics or other materials (content). You're
responsible for content that you post on or through service including its
legitimacy, trustability and felicitousness. By posting content on or through
service, you represent and warrant that (i) Content is yours ( you enjoy it)
and you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and
license as handed in these terms (ii) that the advertisement of your content on
or through service doesn't violate the sequestration rights, copy rights,
publicity rights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or
organization. We reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone set up to
be infringing on a copy right.
You retain
any and all of your rights to any content you submit, post or display on or
through service and you're responsible for guarding those rights. We take no responsibility
and assume no liability for content that you or any third party posts on or
through service. Still, by posting content using service you grant us the right
and license to use, amend, publicly perform, display, reproduce and distribute

Social
Services has the right but not the obligation to cover and edit all content
provided by users. In addition, content set up on or through this service are
the property of Social Services or used with authorization. You may not

in whole or in part, for marketable purposes or for particular gain, without
express advance written authorization from us.
5. You may
use service only for legal purposes and in agreement with terms. You agree not

any other person or organization.
. In any way
that infringes upon the rights of others or in any way is illegal, fraudulent,
dangerous or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or dangerous
purpose or exertion.
. To engage
in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of
service or which, as determined by us, may harm or offend service or users of
service or expose them to liability.
Also, you
agree not to:
. Use service
in any manner that could disable, overload, damage or vitiate service or
intrude with any other party’s use of service including their capability to
engage in real time pursuits through service.
. Use any
robot, spider or other automatic device, process or means to access service for
any purpose including copying or monitoring any of the material on service.
. Use any
manual process to cover or copy any of the material on service or for any other
unauthorized purpose without our prior permission in writing.
. Use any
software, device or routine that interferes with the proper working of service.
. Introduce
any viruses, worms, trojan horses or other material which is vicious or
technologically dangerous.
. Attempt to
gain unauthorized access to, intrude with, damage or disrupt any corridor of
service, the server on which service is stored or any server or database
connected to service.
. Attack
service via denial of service attack or a distributed denial of service attack.
. Take any
action that could damage or falsify the service standing.
. Any else
attempt to intrude with the proper working of service.
6. We may use
third party service providers to cover and scrutinize the use of our service.
7. Service is
intended only for access and use by individualities at least eighteen (18)
years old. By penetrating or using service, you warrant and represent that
you're at least eighteen (18) years of age and with the full authority, right
and capacity to enter in to this agreement and abide by all the terms and
conditions. However, you're banned from both the access and operation of
service, If you aren't at least eighteen (18) years old.
8. Service
and its original content (other than content provided by users), features and
functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Social Services.
The service is defended by brand, trade mark and other national and foreign
laws. Our trade mark may not be used in connection with any product or service
without the prior written consent of Social Services.
9. We regard
the intellectual property rights of others. It's our policy to respond to any
claim that content posted on service infringes on the brand or other
intellectual property rights of any person or organization. Still, if you
believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes
brand violation (if you're a brand owner or authorized on behalf of someone),
send your claim to email socialdocent@gmail.com, with the
subject line “brand violation” and include in your claim a detailed description
of the contended violation as detailed below, under “DMCA notice and procedure
for copyright infringement claims”. You may be held responsible for any damages
(including costs and attorneys ’ charges) for misrepresentation or bad faith
claims on the violation of any content set up on or through service on your
copy right.
10. You may
submit an announcement pursuant to Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by
furnishing our copy right agent with the following information in jotting (see
17 USC 512 (c) ( 3) for further details).

electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of
the proprietor of the copy rights’ interest.
. A
description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed including
the URL (i.e. web page address), the position where the copyrighted work or a
transcript of the copyrighted work exists.

Identification of the URL or other specific position on service where the
material that you claim infringing is located.
. Your postal
address, telephone number and email address.
. A statement
by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use isn't authorized
by the copy right proprietor, its agent or the law.
. A statement
by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the below information in your
notice is accurate and that you're the copy right proprietor or authorized to
act on the copy right proprietor’s behalf.

11. You may
furnish us either directly at socialdocent@gmail.com or via third
party spots and tools with information and feedback about errors, suggestions
for advancements, ideas, problems, complaints and other matters related to our
service (feedback). You admit and agree that (i) you shall not retain, acquire
or assert any intellectual property right or other right, title or interest in
or to the feedback (ii) Service may have development ideas analogous to the
feedback (iii) Feedback doesn't contain private information or personal
information from you or any third party and (iv) Service isn't under any
obligation of confidentiality with respect to the feedback. In the event that
transfer of the power to the feedback isn't possible due to applicable
obligatory laws, you grant service and its allies an exclusive, transmittable,
irrevocable, free of charge, sub-licensable, unlimited and perpetual right to
use (including dupe, modify, produce derivative work, publish, distribute and
manipulate) feedback in any manner and for any purpose.
12. Our
service may contain links to third party websites or services that aren't
possessed or controlled by Social Services. We have no control over and assume
no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third
party websites or services. We don't endorse the offerings of these
individuals, organizations or their websites.
You admit and
agree that service shall not be responsible or liable, directly or laterally,
for any damage or loss caused or contended to be caused in or in connection
with use of or reliance on any similar content, goods or services available on
or through any such third party websites or services. We advise you to read the
terms of service and privacy policies of any third party websites or services
that you visit.
13. These
services are furnished by service on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Service makes no representations or guaranties of any kind, express or
inferred, as to the operation of services or information, content or material
included therein. You expressly agree that your usage of these services, their
content and any services or particulars attained from us is at your sole risk.
Neither
service nor any person associated with service makes any bond or representation
with respect to the absoluteness, security, trustability, quality, accuracy or
availability of the services. Without limiting the foregoing, neither service
nor any one associated with service represents or warrants that the services,
their content or any services or particulars attained through the services will
be accurate, reliable, error-free or without interruption, that flaws will be
corrected, that the services or the server that makes it available are free of
viruses or other dangerous factors or that the services or any services or
particulars attained through the services will else meet your requirements or
prospects.
Service
hereby disclaims all guaranties of any kind, whether express or implied,
statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to any guaranties of
merchantability, non-infringement and fitness for particular purpose. The
anteceding does not affect any guaranties which can not be barred or limited
under applicable law.
14. Except as
banned in law, you will hold us and our officers, directors, workers and agents
inoffensive for any circular, corrective, special, incidental or consequential
damage, still it arises (including attorneys ’ charges and all affiliated costs
and charges of litigation and arbitration or at trial or on appeal, if any,
whether or not action or arbitration is introduced) whether in an action of
contract, negligence or other tortious action or arising out of or in
connection with this agreement, including without limitation any claim for
particular injury or property damage, arising from this agreement and any
violation in you of any federal, state or original laws, bills, rules or
regulations, indeed if service has been preliminarily advised of the possibility
of such damage. Except as banned in law, if there is liability set up on the
part of service, it will be limited to the quantum paid for the products or
services and under no circumstances will there be consequential or corrective
damages. Some countries do not allow the rejection or limitation of punitive,
incidental or consequential damages, so the prior limitation or rejection may
not apply to you.
15. We may
terminate or suspend your account and bar access to service incontinently,
without previous notice or liability, under our sole discretion for any reason
whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of
terms. Still, you may simply discontinue using service, if you wish to
terminate your account. All vittles of terms which by their nature should
survive termination shall survive termination including without limitation,
proprietor vittles, bond disclaimers, compensation and limitations of
liability.
16. These
terms shall be governed and demonstrated in agreement with the laws of
Pakistan, which governing law applies to agreement without regard to its
conflict of law vittles. Our failure to apply any right or provision of these
terms won't be considered a disclaimer of those rights. However, the remaining
vittles of these terms will remain in effect, if any provision of these terms
is held to be invalid or un-enforceable by a court. These terms constitute the
entire agreement between us regarding our service and relieve and replace any
previous agreements we might have had between us regarding service.
17. We
reserve the right to withdraw or amend our service and any service or material,
we give via service in our sole discretion without notice. We'll not be liable
if for any reason all or any part of service is unapproachable at any time or
for any period. From time to time, we may circumscribe access to some corridor
of service or the entire service to users (including registered users).
18. We may
amend terms at any time by posting the amended terms on this website. It's your
responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the
platform following the advertisement of revised terms means that you accept and
agree to the changes. You're anticipated to check this web page constantly, so you're
apprehensive of any changes, as they're binding on you. By continuing to access
